“You won’t find any of the boys sitting on their duff through the winter,” says Skipper Lar. “Everyone associated with our syndicate is in a weight lifting program to ensure that muscles are in tip-top shape when we need them.”
“When we pull into a dock, I can just stand by and bark a few orders.”
